- Read and understand process operation sheets, tooling sheets, tech plans, and associated documents. - Work from blueprints and work instructions to produce parts. - Have the ability to correctly gauge parts and record dimensions (understand IRDs). - Change and reset tooling. - Successfully complete applicable special processes and operator certification requirements. - Use measuring equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. - Understand Part Process Flow (incoming/outgoing). - Perform preventive maintenance checks. - Be an active contributing member of high performance, self-directed work team with minimum supervision. - Perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
